FAQ ABOUT BSR
The Body Stress Release (BSR) technique locates the precise sites of body stress and applies light but definite pressure to release it. In this way BSR assists the body in restoring its natural ability to maintain and heal itself.

Body Stress Release is a gentle technique that identifies and releases tension stored in the body due to physical, mental, or emotional stress. By releasing this tension, BSR aims to restore the body’s natural ability to heal itself, promoting better overall health.
BSR practitioners use a series of light, targeted movements to identify areas of tension in the body. These movements encourage the body to release stored stress, allowing it to relax and function more effectively.

A session usually lasts around 30 to 45 minutes and will end with a calming 5 minutes of Reiki. Reiki is a technique from Japanese origin to reduce stress and enhance relaxation even more – a little extra to you from me personally :-).
